After having a partial tummy tuck years ago I needed to have the whole and skin redone and my thighs liposuctioned after 3 large pregnancies. Being a health provider my expectations were high but I can tell you that they were far exceeded! I may actually wear a bikini at age 65.... but just in front of my family! He is excellent, gentle, and so humble with such a comforting bedside manor. His office staff is wonderful as well.
Dr. Hess is absolutely fabulous!! From the time I was diagnosed with breast cancer to the final reconstruction surgery, this man has been my Hero and my Advocate. His loving and caring demeanor made it easy for me to ask questions, cry on his shoulder and have him explain procedures (double mastectomy, and breast reconstruction) and ease my mind and heart, this man was always there. Thank you Dr. Hess, you and all of your staff are a joy.
I met Dr Hess the first time when referred to him my dermotolgist for a skin melanoma on the back of my leg. He did a fabulous job and I have no scar showing. After gastric sleeve surgery I chose Dr Hess to perform a body lift. I am very pleased again with the results and only wish I had started this journey of weight loss and body sculpting 20 years ago. This coming Tuesday Dr Hess will do a breast lift, reduction and also remove my “bat wings” and I am confident he will do a great job.
I’m 69 years old, and I was nervous having. Feast reduction surgery. Dr Hess was excellent, he explained everything to my satisfaction. I love my results and my only regret was because of my neverousness I should have done this when I was a little younger. I would recommend Dr Hess to anyone. He’s very good has great bedside manner and very knowledgeable.
I heartily recommend Richard Hess, MD for plastic surgery. He is well trained and experienced and has a warm friendly personality. His office is professional and helpful. Dr. Hess made me feel comfortable about an elective procedure I needed done (breast surgery) for a very long time. He explained what was needed medically in a clear way and made me feel reassured about the procedure he outlined for me. I am very happy with my result and glad to have had Dr. Hess perform the procedure.
I am a 68 year old woman who had suffered from neck and shoulder pain for over 30 years. I had wanted a breast reduction for many years and after a severe flare-up of shoulder pain, I went to Dr. Hess for the procedure. I am a very active horseback rider and he was very understanding of what I needed. He reduced my breasts from an F cup to a B and I am ecstatic. No more shoulder or neck pain. Riding my horses is a pleasure! I highly recommend Dr. Hess.
I feel so very fortunate to have had my surgery with Dr. Hess! I interviewed other surgeons, but from the moment I walked in to Hess & Sandeen, I knew I made the right choice. The professionalism of the staff and office were so impressive. Most important was the time, care, patience and concern I experienced with Dr. Hess. He said is would be an insult to him if anyone asked if I had a facelift and now not even my family can tell! I just can't recommend him highly enough!!
DR. Hess and all his staff are amazing!! The experience for my self and my family has been great. I am so greatful for the fact that while i have been getting treatment all my questions and concerns have been addressed. He did an amazing job on my surgery. The before and after pictures look like a different person. I will definitely be seeing him for many more procedures.
