I had a basal cell removal and skin graft on my ear with an excellent result. It was such a pleasure having the procedure done in the office instead of a surgicenter. Dr. Hess and his staff are very caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I have had several procedures done by Dr. Hess over the years, and he has always done an amazing job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plastic surgery.

Dr Hess has been my hand surgeon three times (thumb surgery, carpal tunnel, and an accidental partial finger loss). He is easy to talk to and explains everything very clearly. Each time, I had hand physical therapy and even there, they told me he was the best hand surgeon in Tucson. Needless to say, I highly recommend him! My hands are fine now thanks to Dr Hess!
After having a mastectomy and reconstruction for breast cancer from a previous surgeon, Dr. Hess did a fabulous reconstruction redo.
I saw Dr. Hess for eyelid surgery. I opted to have the procedure done in his office, rather than a surgery center. Dr. Hess and his staff made me feel comfortable the entire time. I followed his advice to the letter post surgery and had very little swelling or bruising. I've already recommended him to several people I know! I wouldn't hesitate at all to see him for other things.
Dr. Hess has finally made me look "normal" after 10 years of on and off again breast reconstruction surgeries after Breast cancer even with radiation and bi-lateral mastectomies. Highly recommend!! Plus he is super nice and cordial.
