Edited to add: My records were released without my permission, without my signature to another office. Avoid this place. First off let me say that Dr. Malicki has been great with me, as long as I have been his patient. I have no complaints about him. However, the rest of the office, from the reception staff, to the nurses, even the other doctors and PAs have a poor attitude and no empathy for anyone.
