I can’t speak for every single member at the doctors’ office, but as for the majority, watch out. If you are planning to see Dr. Daniel C. Goncher, change your appointment to someone else. My husband has been seeing this doctor for 2 years now and it has been a complete waste of time and money. I'm a registered nurse so this isn't my first rodeo dealing with a careless and lazy doctor. Ps: 1hr 15min for Kastelic to listen to my lungs, he didn't even ask me about the torn meniscus in my knee or address my medication's he hands me paper for blood work and says I'll see you later !!!!! I was furious!!!!!!! The man just doesn't care about his patients !! Getting a new family Doctor !!!!!!!!
When I call to get a message to Dr Malicki the nurses are as ignorant as they can be. They ask about medications then talk over me while I’m trying to tell them the dosage. It’s an always thing the office staff needs all fired and new people put in. I have a business and if I acted the way they do I would not have a client. Also anyone that’s a patient there listen closely while you’re in the office or on the phone with them.
