Excellent care, treatment and remedies for my son’s issues. Hygienists clean properly and very well too. No plaque left behind :p
Every time I have ever gone to Dr.Lai he has been phenomenal. He is very friendly and explains everything to you while ensuring you are comfortable. Furthermore the staff is also very friendly and professional and I have only ever had pleasant experiences with Dr. Lai and his staff.

Went in for two root canals in August. Felt as if I was swindled. Not only are the teeth not fixed, they repeatedly attempted to get me to come back to take new X-rays to see if the root canal was “successful”. After more than 5 times back to have these X-rays, each time just saying it was “too early to tell”, they still do not have any solutions to the intense pains caused from their failed root canal. I have been going to Dr. Lai for the last 6 years and to say he is an amazing dentist would be an understatement. He has never done any unnecessary procedures and so I trust if he says I need to do a procedure. He always takes the time to explain fully what is being done and ensures I am comfortable at all stages of the process. His team is welcoming and follow his example of being warm and friendly yet very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Lai as an A1 dentist.
