No need for improvement .... the office is run PERFECTLY
I don't like going to the dentist. I had a root canal done and I didn't even know it... That's how good he is. There was no pain. He is like a half cheeta half dentist that will get in there and get you out before you even know what happend. Now I like going to the dentist.
Dr. Mercado and his staff are awesome. I always feel comfortable in the office. Dr. Mercado explains everything in detail and makes you understand the procedures. I have been referring my friends to Dr. Mercado and some of them are his patients now.
Everyone was very helpful and most of all they are an honest group of people who are not taking advantage of customers and trying to sell you left and right. Dr. Mercado is knowledgeable and experienced and would gladly recommend him.
The service provided is extremely pleasant and I feel comfortable with all staff members I have encountered.
I would like to compliment the whole staff for a very professional experience, they always make me feel welcome and treat me as a friend

I have been going to Dr. Mercado over 15 years now. Prior to that my Mother was. I would recommend the best service and advice.
