I personally LOVE Dr Feldman and his asst Stacey!! In four years, I've only had to wait once. There was a period I had to see him monthly as I was very ill. Again, only waited for him once!! His bedside manner works great for me -- we laugh while tending to business.
My PCP for life
I was a patient of Dr. Feldmans for the first time and the last time this year. I had to cancel my appointment which was today at 3pm. I cancelled at 8:45 in the morning and was told that I would be charged $25 for same day cancellation. As far as I am concerned that fee should be waved! Especially since the last time I was there as a new patient and was told to be there at 2:30pm for a 3pm appointment and did not see the doctor until 4pm??
