Dr Bastien did my smile make over. He did an amazing job! He is very kind and truly cares about his patients!
Not only is the staff unprofessional and answers personal phone calls while you are waiting ( for an extended period of time ) for Dr. Bastien to stop by your room, but the billing nightmare is beyond comprehension. I'm still waiting on a reimbursement owed to me, since my insurance paid the claim in full! I'll be filing an official complaint with the Consumer Office.
Did an unnecessary extraction on my son, which was extremely painful and traumatizing. He should've done a filling, or at least given him more than a few shots of nova cane to cut out a molar.
