I am so grateful to have found Dr Eidelson and his amazing team! I found Dr Eidelson in panic after being told that I had gum disease, needed a LANAP treatment and got quoted 10k by an emergency dentist in Philadelphia. Dr Eidelson and Heather quickly calmed me down, throughly evaluated my situation and created an affordable treatment plan that worked for me. Its been awhile since my last visit and it felt like going home. Same great care....fast ....efficient ..and happy and polite staff...
Throughout my visits, communication was lacking. Treatment recommendations were not clearly explained, which made it difficult to make informed decisions about my care. There also seemed to be little familiarity with my treatment history, as I was frequently asked questions about past care he performed when reviewing my chart would have provided better information than I could recall. The hygienists and front desk were terrific. Strongly recommended avoiding his practice.
