Dr. Chang is an unprofessional dentist, that does not follow the proper hygienics, and Covid-19 regulations in his office. The staff and assistants do not wear gloves, and there is never wipes, tissues, nor sanitizer in the office. The Dr. is very rude when addressed about these sanitary issues, and the staff was very rude too. I would never go back there, ever. Mr. Lender.
