I just received my records from Sept and Dec.2025 appointments. Dr. Casey made clear notes that weren't followed up by support staff. Cal Eye Specialists have 5 locations and Azul Vision is just one of them. This shows how big I feel in all the corporate care. Wrote 3 star review after 2nd visit. "Owner" replied, asked me to connect on website but its not possible: DOB does not go back to my year of birth and form won't submit. Tried phone: On hold 20 min and told leave msg or call 911.
