Dr.Brown is the worst pediatric dentist out there !! My son went in today to have a baby tooth pulled that was broken. My son was very scared and upset. Dr.Brown came in and thought he would use a scare tactic to get my son to sit in the chair.He verbally abused him and told him to stop being a horrible little boy. Then proceeded to try and hold him back in the chair. Worst experience of my life this man belongs nowhere near little kids !!!!!!!!!!!
I have had a good experience here for my kids almost every time. I have a special needs daughter who also has a CHD and has to take an antibiotic before anything done with her mouth. Our last appointment, we were a few minutes late for my sons scheduled time of 10:30, but early for my daughter's of 11:00. I was told they would "squeeze us in". This was the first visit with our daughter who's less than two years old and we couldn't have had a better experience. Dr Brown and his entire staff were excellent. Because of their patients, compassion and extremely friendly and comforting demeanor, our daughter actually enjoyed her cleaning and check-up and was more cooperative at the dentist's office than she was at the photo studio the day before. We highly recommend Dr Brown's Children's Dental Center!!!
Wonderful staff and wonderful atmosphere!!!! My little girl is very shy and not even three and they were fabulous with her. She felt very comfortable and even got a balloon animal! Two thumbs way up!!!!
Im 20 and refuse to go any place else DR. Brown and his staff are so caring and help me relax when I get worked up over nothing I recommend him to everyone (:
This is the worst dental office ever! Staff needs hospitality training. 7 minutes late for an appointment and they refused to see my son. No compassion at that dental office! Will not return there and will also make sure friends and family do not use this pitiful office!
Worst place in the entire universe to take a child. My daughter was verbally abused during a procedure and needless to say I am NOT HAPPY! Will NEVER be returning there again and I'm not stopping until something is done. Please don't take your children there.
