They are so good with my 2 and 4 year old. Absolutely love Dr. Brown and his team. ❤️
The staff and Dr Brown was very rude to my son. he has special needs and they treated him with no respect. The one nurse got mad because he didn't make it to the bathroom to vomit.
This office lies about insurance they take vs insurance they do not take. I asked them 3 different times if they take my insurance and was told Yes and had a consultation before the procedure was done that they purposely held the bill from and then left the item off the bill like it wouldnt be noticed. Employees seemed a little annoyed even though their dealing with children. Instead of learning how to make animal balloons they should be sent for training on how to answer insurance questions and child care classes
Do not take your children here! My husband just took my daughter in for a cavity fill. They numbed her and let her sit there while the staff argued with my husband about coming back to fill a second cavity instead of doing it all in one day. All of this in front of my six year old and after already numbing her mouth. He then refused to work on her and kicked them out. Securatary is rude, staff isn't friendly and not parent friendly. Would not recommend
I will never come back here again talking about drinking with the nurse and Moon shine very rude and ignorant to my son he's only 5 yelling at him never again
Dr. Brown is excellent ! My kids have been going to him for years. Very nice.
