After 20 years due to the absolute horrendous behavior of one of the so called medical assistants I will be finding a new doctor. I can not believe he lets her speak to his patients that way. And then mocks them because they are on medication. She is an absolute disgrace and I intend to proceed filing a complaint!
I have been treated by Dr. Strulson for forty years. He and his staff, especially Robin are the absolute BEST. Very nice and professional for all these years.
The woman at this place (besides the youngest new intern) were just unprofessional. They did not greet me. One of them stared away from my direction the whole time. My exam literally was 5 minutes long. It was like they barely wanted to touch me. Another person came in after me and was treated warmly.
Dr. Strulson and the office staff are on top of everything. I have been a patient for about 20 years.
He's always very friendly and courteous as well as his staff they're all sweethearts
