I've had Whitaker as my primary care physician for four years now, and she is a sweetheart. She listens to my ideas and is a great resource. Highly recommend for transgender and gender affirmation care. My only concern is that she is often really busy and it can take a long time to get an appointment with her. Clearly we need more docs like her out there to spread the load!

Dr little did my husbands surgery. We are from twin falls and traveled to see him and was worth every penny for gas and hotels. My back has been bad for over seven years and when my spine collapsed on itself I needed rods. I wanted dr little to do the surgery but was told he wasn't excepting new patients. When my husband went in for a follow up he told dr little my situation and dr little didn't hesitate to call me to tell me he would make room for me. Amazing heart

Operated on my nephew after a horrific MVA November 7, 2020..Massive TBI, not likely to survive.,,This surgeon performed nothing short of a miraculous surgery..Literally half of my nephews head was missing! Today, he hashad an AMAZING recovery! If not for this brilliant surgeon, who did not give up, my nephew would have passed or been in a vegetative state! Happy to report, near full recovery and is a dad to a 7 year old!God Bless you, Sir

Dr. Olmstead is a wonderful doctor and an extremely caring individual. He treats me like a person, asks me questions and actually listens to me instead of relying solely on charts and test results like so many other doctors. You are not just a name and a symptom to him, you are an individual he wants to help. Dr. Olmstead works with his patients, making sure they get the best treatment available and one that caters to their specific needs. I have counted my blessings many times to have a physician such as Dr. Olmstead lookin... read more

Dr Thompson is such a caring, kind and down to earth doctor. Our daughter had GI bleeding for two months and he listened to our concerns immediately. Despite being understandably scared of putting her under anesthesia at only 4 months old he made us feel very taken care of. Without him doing so we wouldn’t have found out she had something more serious then CMPA. We are so grateful and appreciative of the care he has given her. We know we still have a road ahead of us but we 100% trust his care.

I would highly recommend Dr Lochhead. Not only is he highly educated and skilled as a neurosurgeon but he relates well with his patients and makes one feel at ease about their upcoming and post surgery.

The office is impossible to work with. You literally can not get a human to answer the phone. It's a giant push this, push that and leave a message. St. Lukes makes a big deal of their MyChart messages. The nurse might reply to you but you will never get a response from the doctor or the PAs. The answer is always "you can make an appointment". A lot of his patients drive hours to see him and then wait for hours rather than getting a simple answer over the phone.

We drove 3 hrs to a pre-op appointment, waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen. When he finally arrived he was very nice and spent time with us but not a word of apology or acknowledgement that we waited that long. We drove 3 hrs back for a post-op visit. After 1 hour we asked the front desk, "how much longer?" "you're next" we waited longer. Asked again. "probably about another hour". What kind of business doesn't bother to tell you they are 2 hours behind? Doesn't suggest you can go get a bite to eat? The waiting room was full of p... read more
