Dr. Ripepi has been a wonderful doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. He is respectful and compassionate and really listens. I appreciate his diligence in getting to the root cause of an issue instead of masking the pain with medications.
First, he spent less than 5 minutes with me. His back to me whole time until he randomly turned around and blurted that I must have broken my ribs. He could not explain my pain. He said it does not coincide with the injury seen on my MRI. Such a ridiculous statement, as I had several MRIs, CAT scans, and x-rays. I highly doubt broken ribs would be missed. Dr. Olmstead is a very caring and is very thorough. He does not rush his appointments, he takes the time necessary with the patient so that exam can be completed and questions can be answered.
I have been fortunate to have Dr Blake as my physician for the past 30 years. On a recent visit, Dr Blake was able to schedule an ultrasound, CT scan, and surgery within a week of my visit. Her quick work meant I did not have to wait agonizing weeks to get diagnosis and treatment. Thank you Dr Blake for your compassion, dedication, knowledge, thoughtfulness, and efficiency. Dr. Waters is a compassionate person who always explains why he is doing what he is doing and has been spot on in every visit. If his patient has an issue that needs a specialist he has not problem moving you forward to the best choice he has. He is very personable and perhaps most importantly he does not over commit his time which means you will not have to sit in the office for hours unless a true emergency has occurred with another patient. I recommend him 100%.
Staff was prompt and courteous. Kevin answered all my questions and gave good advice. The MyChart customer portal is great. I got prompt lab results by phone call. A+++
Dr Ripepi has been my doctor for several years at St. Luke’s and he is one of the best caring, understanding, thorough doctor in the area!
My experience with Dr Cabrera was HORRIBLE and has been for a number of years. When and how does a dr choose to care for one patient and totally dismiss another. What did I do? Get sick? Was that a bother for her? She NEVER follows up. She never sends in orders. She must have a good filing staff, because nothing gets reviewed, looked at or acted upon. She is the most uncaring physician I have ever experienced!
Dr. Steffens is an excellent neurologist...this was apparent when he was my doctor. Then I had to move to a different provider about 6 yrs ago due to a change in insurance, and the difference has been overwhelmingly obvious. Dr. Steffens has the passion, subject-matter expertise, and ability to encourage and inspire patients above/beyond any doctor I have ever had.
