I've been going to Dr. Grant's office for over 15 years and it has always been a pleasure coming into his office the staff is always pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

As usual the staff was friendly and make me feel special. They listened to my concerns and offered solutions and recommendations especially Darlene who was attentive and cared about a few issues I was having with my Humana insurance Provider. Overall I enjoyed my visit and Dr. Grant was funny, warm, professional, charming as usual. The rest of the professionals that attended to me and my son were extremely warm and make us felt very relaxed. I am looking forward to my next visit. Disappointed that I was not alerted before my appointment that you actually left the Cigna network, ( I was told that you were considering doing so).This changed my coverage arrangement resulting in me being required to pay 20% out-of-pocket. To date your office has not confirmed the change but the bill required me paying 20%. Owing to the fact that a unilateral act on your part that changed our agreement resulted in additional costs to me I refuse to pay the 20% on this visit.

Greetings after being a patient at this location for over 10 years now it was very disheartening and distasteful how I was handled at the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk. After my dental hygienist cleaning my hygienist was very professional and patient with me. The problem came in at the front desk there has been a lingering Fee past due balance from 2020 and I’ve been waiting for the office manager to contact me in which has never taken place so after concluding my visit on yesterday, I was told that I couldn’t reschedule for the nex... read more

In the past this had office had two nice and pleasant office receptionist. Now they have one that will to and with a nasty attitude. I had to stop going there.But the hygienist, and the dentist are nice

My appointment was for a cleaning and the service I received was great and she was very patient and professional. The young lady at the check out desk is aggressive and snappy when talking to clients. I’m not sure if that wasn’t her day but this isn’t the first time I have experienced this from her. She should be more professional and welcoming when it comes to dealing with clients. If I approach her with respect and being kind she should return the same thing.
