Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

They were always present and attentive Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous
