Dr. Chang saved my life! She discovered my cancer a few years back. Then she referred me to an oncologist that took wonderful care of me. This is the personalized care a family physician everyone deserves.
Dr. Chang is one of the most kind and compassionate Doctors I've experience at Wake Med. Besides her bed side manner being amazing, her care and concern and willingness to look into solutions for health concerns and her quickness to attend to these matters are comforting. She was my Moms doctor for a number of years and after having so many encounters with her I decided I would use her as well for my Primary.
Dr. Chang is a good Doctor. I am pointing out the practice of sending frequent reminders about appointment. Once confirmed also, your system (AI may be) keep sending texts and emails. Could you please stop this practice as it is annoying to see this sickening reminders. Once confirmed, I personally do not see a reason for bombarding with unnecessary reminders. I like to opt out of this system which is not helping me
Dr. Chang is truly one of the Biggest Blessings in our lives!!!!!! My husband and I are extremely grateful for her! She goes above and beyond every single visit. She is a gift to her patients and you know she will take care of you! This physician is the most amazing physician! She is above a 5 star rating! Love our Dr Rhoda Chang!!!
