When I showed up for my appointment after not being here in a few years, the lady at the desk said I wasn’t even on the books and wanted to charge me the membership fee even though I had one appointment left on my account. It was only upon arrival that I found out that membership only covers cleanings, which was never communicated to me. Give you the runaround, constantly sends you to out of network referrals and overall a headache for anything other than a simple cleaning. Don’t recommend.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Zourbakhsh and was truly impressed. He is very nice, professional, and takes the time to explain things in detail. During my visit, he patiently examined not only my teeth but also my jaw, and even explained how mouth and neck muscles play a role in overall dental health. Dr Reza is really kind and explains the procedure of what's needed and throughout the process and ensuring no pain. All staff are great and super friendly.
