BEWARE: TORTURE AHEAD! My primary tried freezing a wart on my finger twice. he said if it came back it should be biopsied. It came back and I was referred to Dr. Reynold Wong, who said. "No biopsy!" and then proceeded to freeze the wart, without the use of a numbing anesthetic, to such a degree that I was screaming! He's unfit to practice medicine.
In my opinion Dr. Reynold Wong is ready for retirement. His bedside manner is horrible. He comes off as an angry person. He is gruff and insensitive. he doesn't listen or explain things. He operates his practice like a quick assembly line. I won't be going back for my follow-up. Praise for the support staff.
Cold nonempathetic, rushed ne through the appointment asked no questions wouldnt review my samples.. Not a good choice im afraid
I have never had to deal with such a smug jerk in my life. He didn't even try to help me. Told me there's nothing wrong with me. Didn't listen to anything I said. I could tell when he walked through the door he just didn't want to deal with me. Anyone thinking he can help you well good luck with that. I never had any problems with any doctors, until today. That was honestly the only doctor I wanted to knockout. Attitude can go a long way with people.
