So I had to see her twice for nail removal. The first time it wasn't a full Matrixectomy but the second time it was. It was a quick procedure but she didn't remove the entire nail on multiple toes. I have literally been dealing with this trying to just get the parts she missed because she didn't bother checking to make sure the entire nail on my toes was removed. I fell off a ladder and broke my heel in three parts. She looked at the Xray and still followed her one-size-fits-all approach: push $160 HOKA and Brooks shoes and heel lifts on the patient then send them to physical therapy. PT told me they can't do anything for my broken heel and when I questioned her order for more PT, she tapped on the desk to interrupt me/get my attention and looked at me like "I’m the doctor and you're not."
