Knowledgeable, Professional, and Pleasurable to deal with. Recently, Dr. Ward performed surgery on my wife. Dr. Ward made the whole process straightforward, easy, and successful.
1+ hour late to both appointments. Uses insensitive language, and isn't competent to treat people with a more complex problem. Spent a good amount of time with me at both appointments but was sure to bill my insurance for every second of her time. My insurance was billed $1000 for the initial appointment
The nurse was very thorough and also offered some helpful tips. Dr. Ward was very nice and made me feel supported. Excellent care. The gal at the front desk was also super nice.
Dr. Ward made a difference in my life. She was very open and explained my problem in detail and made me feel like I could have my life back to normal again. I have and will continue to highly recommend her to anyone as I have told many of my friends as "life changing". I felt like I had no where else to turn to when I came to see Dr. Ward, I am so thankful for this experience with Vanderbilt and Dr. Ward. I trusted her to "fix" me back to normal and she did.
