I had an extremely disappointing experience with this physician. The level of care felt rushed, dismissive, and lacking basic compassion. A physician should demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, and mercy toward patients—especially when they are vulnerable. Unfortunately, none of that was present here.
Dr. Ndzi is probably one of the best doctors I have come across. He’s very straight forward and precise. He genuinely cares about his patients and does everything possible to see that the best healthcare possible is given. I’d most certainly recommend him!
