This is the first time im actually happy with a PCP. Dr.LaToni was helpful and polite. He explained my situation and made me feel more at ease than worried.I am very pleased with him and the staff.My family and I will continue to go to him with tranquility and a peacefull mind.
My family and I have been seeing Latoni for over 6 years and have never been disapointed by his services until today. I needed a perscription for a urinary track infection and for business reasons was not able to make a scheduled apt. on their avaiable time frame. I had tried all morning up to 3:00 to get an apt or help from the nurses. The nurses were curt and quick to judge my frustration. We took our newborn to Dr. Latoni--we didn't get any education of "when to call" "what is an emergency." His office was very unknowledgable about babies--they weighed him fully clothed (at 4 days old), which is something not generally done. They gave me a hard time on the phone making an appointment for his 4 day check--they wanted to put it off several weeks. I have been going to Dr. Latoni for over 15 years and I have never been dissapointed by him in anyway. I always check with him before any surgeries or procedures done by other doctors. He's one of the last true family doctors left.
He has been our family doctor for over 10 years. We are very pleased and refer people to him whenever we can.
