I was seen at this main hospital several years ago in an emergency situation and they handled the problem with excellent care every step of the way. Glad to have this facility in our area!
I LOVE Kaiser! I had exceptional care with the birth of both of my babies. I couldn't have asked for better care!!
I've had my 3 children at this hospital. I wouldn't go anywhere else. From the nurses, janitors to midwives, everyone is very friendly.The level of care is excellent. The hospital is clean and the professionalism is outstanding. My son needed to go to the Nicu after he was born. He was there for 4 days. Unfortunately we were discharged after 2 days. I have been seen by professionals in a variety of medical fields at this facility--surgery, oncology, physical therapy, orthopedic surgery, etc. I have also used mammography, x-ray, lab, and pharmacy services at this facility. Other than parking difficulties and some unusually long waits in the pharmacy (primarily after they changed the computer system), I have always been pleased with the services I received.
I've been more than happy with the care received from Kaiser for my whole family. The pediatrics department is awesome.
This facility has everything!! I have been thru the emergency department and many others including ICU and have always gotten excellent service. I won't deny sometimes there is a wait but I've met caring concerned professionals who truly care about my well being!!been a member over 50 years!!
Went to the pharmacy today to pick up prescription , and it was quick! Short line, friendly employee!
The new pharmacy system is a work in progress. Do not go during the noon hour the line is 30 plus people long. If a RX is called in by your doctor they don't fill it until you "Check in" and then its another 15 to 30 minute wait.
No billing hassles and they have everything you need on one campus. The Roseville birthing center was great.
