I read some other reviews before scheduling, but when I scheduled with Dr. Soine, I thought she was awesome! My appointment was on time, she was extremely friendly and caring and very knowledgeable about my condition! I would recommend her to ALL my family and friends! She's great!
Dr. Soine seems very uncaring about her patient and made me feel embarrassed and foolish for being concerned about a painful rash (she scoffed at me when I said it was painful). I also tried to talk to her about my roscea but she would not listen when I tried to tell her about what has not worked in the past. She perscribed a cream for the rash that did not work and I still have it. My rosecea is worse but I am hesitant to try and find another dermatologist. Are they all like that?
I visited with Dr. Soine with some hesitation after previously visiting an esteemed dermatology clinic and being rushed through my appointment and made to feel like just a number. Dr. Soine and her staff treated me with the most respect and I did not feel rushed in the slightest. I am very self conscious about my skin and felt instantly at ease with Dr. Soine's personable and professional attitude. I would highly recommend Dr. Soine and her staff to anyone and everyone.
I went in with serious dermatitis infection. After waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes she literally only was in the room 5 min. She prescribed me antibiotics that didn't even work I ended up having to go to another dermatologist after my fever kept persisting. Come to find out the infection could have killed me if it lasted longer. I wouldn't go to her if you're trying to get proper care. She even asked her assistant "is that all you need me for " and walked out. Horrible healthcare giver.
I have never left a review for anything and I am not the one with too much time on their hands to sit around and do this....but I am suffering and feel I have to. I pray for Dr Soine and her family but I would not recommend her. I am sure she is a wonderful mother but not so attentive to her patients. After many ($50) visits and a biopsy, that is now infected, I still have no answers. Which is fine if she can't figure it out but she hadn't even 1 suggestion on where to go or what to do now.
I was not happy with my visit. She was very stand offish also seemed nonshalaunt . Uninterested in my concerns. I am a healthcare worker and believe that the patients are important.
Dr.Soine goes to great lengths for her patients and was very patient with my questions. Her capacity to listen sets her apart. She has never failed to follow up on a question or respond otherwise. Her warm and caring personality is Lagniappe. It is my privilege to recommend her; you can be assured of a very caring and competent professional.
