They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.

Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this asthma - allergy specialist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
