Kind of, but not very much Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Did this provider use excessive foul language? No Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was the waiting area spacious? Yes
