Friendly Staff, and Dr. Metzger does get work but extremely annoyed with how they operate... Had an appointment in September that had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue (Not a big deal)... I make it to my newly rescheduled appointment in October, only to be told that I have to reschedule for the same issue. This time I did not receive a call/text/voicemail about rescheduling. Meanwhile other clients are being seen. I certainly don't feel like I'm being prioritized... I'm unsure if I will be returning.
