We had a disappointing experience at this pediatric office with Rebecca Eglen. Our main concern was that our request to stagger vaccines, due to a prior reaction, was not taken seriously. Very thorough doctor♡
My review is for the office alone. Dr. Eglen is a fantastic doctor and has been seeing both my children since birth. However, since her office has moved upstairs getting in to see her has become impossible. Called 4 times in one day to try to make an appointment for my 5 year old, never got through and never got the call back that I requested. Really disappointed that I'm going to have to look for a new doctor because poor office management has made this place so unorganized and unprofessional.My children will miss you, Dr. ... read more
