Unresponsive practice. Was referred to this practice by my insurance after my regular ortho doc stopped carrying a certain brand of ortho injection. Has taken over 3 months trying to get the injection through Dr. Vance's office, but no luck yet. They have not returned messages and have not kept me updated through this process. I don't like to leave a bad review, but I'm not sure what else to do at this point.
