Very knowledgeable.
I feel that treatment decisions are made for profit rather then in the best interest of the patient.
Too much of waiting time. I went twice and waited more than 45 mins. He took hardly 5 mins for my check up. They try to sell products in their office. I was unable to say no and paid $41 for a cleanser. Same cleanser is available in $19. I will never go there.
Scraped at the rash on my neck too hard and too long (second opinion dermatologist was much gentler). Did not fully explain diagnosis. Many posters advertising medications did not give me confidence that the doc would prescribe something without bias.
I was not very satisfied with this doctor. Went in to see him for the first time and he was very demanding. He would not listen to me at all! I told him the type of treatment I would like to do that has worked in the past for me and he told me I was not going to do that, and that we were doing what he wanted! I would not recommend him to anyone!
I had a very good visit at Dr. Ravi's office. He is very precise and professional. Felt I was in good hands with his diagnosis. Would definitely recommend his office for dermatology treatment. Got in within two weeks. Wait time was half an hour. Answered all my concerns and staff was pleasant. He gets 5 stars.
When no prescription was received even after a week I visited doctor for extreme hair fall; irritated & itchy scalp; I called them to follow up. As my husband had visited doctor earlier, without my consent they had changed my last name & prescription was given in wrong name. Called them almost every single day since, its been more than a week, still no luck with the prescription. Highly negligent , irresponsible & arrogant staff. Extremely disappointed.
It was a very long wait to be seen, 55 minutes!
