The front office is not letting me make an appointment to see my doctor after MRI.
Extremely overpriced went in to meet with her and didn’t examine my nose or what type of surgery I’d need all they did was take a picture and showed what it would “look” like after the surgery.But being realistic they can’t just show you picture and tell you that’s exactly how it’s gonna be. this was definitely not worth 350
I never saw the doctor after an hour in a crowded outer office waiting room. (chairs back to back with one in between)in a pandemic.Shocking! I decided to leave because of the office staff and their noncompliance of Covid safety practices. Desk employees had masks on below their noses.The "office manager", despite me asking her to move back, she wouldn't comply so I could feel safe. Absolute waste of time. My family went in for first visit to meet Dr. Kolla and go over adhd testings for my twin son's. We were told to bring the boys as well (which was completely unnecessary) for first visit which just consists of basic info exchange and getting things lined out with insurance company etc. Dr. Kollas consultation process was worse than having a.d.d. itself. Abusive birthing experience. Would highly recommend you seek out someone with more care for their patients than their bottom line.
Dr Kolla has treated me since 2009, she was the only physician who correctly diagnosed my stroke among all the attending MD’s in Montgomery general hospital. She tirelessly oversaw my case until I was completely recovered. Over the years she has treated me for various conditions. She always acted in the most professional and courteous manner.
Receptionist was very rude. Doctor wont see patients without a 6 month record. Ridiculous! I told her that all the Doctors I have seen will not issue a MRI or X-Ray of some sort and all they do is give her beta blockers. She said she wont issue an appointment because there are no X-Rays or Scans and Im better off seeing my family doctor. Seriously? Is that how you treat people seeking medical help!? Recently I contacted Dr. Kolla regarding intolerable shingle pain. I had been treated initially, but the pain continued. Despite all the Corona virus restriction even though I was a new patient, she granted me an appointment that same day. Her Diagnosis and treatment was a spot on. By the following day I was 90% better.
Dr Kolla is a great listener and gives comprehensive understandable answers to patient’s questions
