Dr Kolla is exceptionally bright & empathetic. She is well-informed of developing changes in the field of epilepsy and its evolving pharmacology. The office staff is knowledgeable and caring. My education is in the field of BS Chemistry and doctoral Organic Chemistry. I cannot express enough gratitude for their office.

Dr. Kolla is a very professional doctor and is very dedicated towards her patients. I have been running around different doctors trying to find the cause if my problem. Dr. Kolla took her time to actually understand my problem and gave me a treatment that finally worked. She cares a lot about her patients and treats people with the upmost respect. She did her job as a doctor very well. God bless her for her amazing service.

My old Neurologist retired. Dr. Kolla is wonderful. She is kind, understanding and easy to talk to. I get along with Dr. Kolla, as well as her staff who are just as wonderful. Everyone there is so nice and easy to talk to.

Has no idea what she is talking about and is condescending. I’m 22 and I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS since I was 16. I didn’t have cysts several months ago after getting a pelvic ultrasound, had an US done for suspected pregnancy. She just found a cyst on my ovary and I mentioned that it wasn’t there before and that I have PCOS then scared me by saying it might be ectopic pregnancy but most likely a cyst. You can’t say to a patient that they might have a miscarriage if you aren’t even confirmed . I know cysts can come and go... read more

Missed the mark on patient experience everywhere possible. Can't provide receipts for insurance at time of payment. Promised to email later x 2. Never did. Don't have software available to view MRIs, so you have to keep track of a CD and deliver directly. Spent 5 min with the doctor, asked to take notes so I have info for later, was encouraged just to listen quickly? Can't remember any medical terms discussed. This appointment could have happened in 1990.

This office is very unprofessional. I took my Dad here for a physical . Dr. Koca said she would be calling back with his blood work results and it’s been a month and still no call. I called today and the receptionist put me on hold and then told me her system was down. Also this office does not do video visits and it’s a pandemic .

Dr K is good at what he does but UMFP will bill you worse than anything I have ever seen before. I got billed $1200 for an $186 orthotic and they refuse to send me an itemized bill because of “BILLING RIGHTS” do some research and take your business elsewhere.

I went in to have a consultation for a tooth extracted and the team seemed to be annoyed with the surgeon (dr kolla), and openly being argumentative about him and his forgetfulness amongst the other staff members. I figured ok they must just be having a bad day, we all have them right? Well apparently this is the mood of office regularly because when I returned to have my actual extraction done, he was arguing with the dental tech who would be assisting him in my procedure.
