Dr Rassa is an compassionate and skilled GI doctor and I will be forever grateful how he cared for my mom when she was diagnosed with cancer. I cannot recommend him more highly.
I enjoyed my experience with Dr S greatly. He was very understanding and compassionate, and just wanted the best for me.
My mom saw him July 2020 and he was instrumental in correctly diagnosing her pancreatic cancer, however if we had continued with his treatment plan my mother would have only received chemo as he deemed her ineligible for surgery stating that it would be too complicated and the location of the tumor made it inoperable. I have had years of GI issues which are exacerbated by stress, ulcers, etc. Dr. Shahidzadeh not only took the time to listen but he is exceptionally savvy, knowledgeable, and comforting. He made great recommendations and completed a follow-up a few months later to check on my progress. I am not only feeling better but have recommended him to my entire family.
Dr. Rassa is an execellent GI specialist. He was very knowledgable about my condition, explained all my treatment options and answered all my questions. I’m happy he’s my doctor and will refer all my friends and family.
Dr.Rassa has been caring for me and my husband for years. He is very skilled, kind and a patient advocate in all ways. When we needed him most he went out of his way to help us. We are forever grateful to him for his dedication.
I love Dr. Rassa. He is an Excellent doctor and really detail oriented. He helped me with my disease and diagnosed me properly when others had missed it. I am so happy with his care through the past ten years. I will Continue to refer all my friends and family to him as I know in DFW area he is the best.
This doctor's office cancelled my appointment only one hour prior to the scheduled time. They told me I should never have been scheduled. First it was because I had seen another gastroenterologist. Then it was because the doctor "had not reviewed documents" that should have been reviewed before scheduling the appointment. Then they told me they hadn't received my records, although I faxed them to the office. My fax activity report supported this. Then I faxed them again. Medicare?
My wife was his patient when she was getting treated for Crohn's disease. He is very knowledgeable doctor but also a true businessman. It was hard to have him sit down and explain in detail about treatment and other issues. For him time is money so he always kept it as brief as possible and move on to the next patient. Even after the surgery, he came to see my wife for like 3 minutes and during those minutes, very nonchalantly stated that she also might have cancer. No time to follow up.
