Dr. Khalil preformed a procedure for my back pain. I wish I had known about him 5 years ago! Couldn’t have asked for better results!

I have been seeing Dr. Khalil for a few years and have been quite pleased with his care. After less invasive procedures which were not successful, he suggested a spinal cord stimulator by Nevro which was the best choice. It is effective except for SI joint pain which he explained is due to pressure from four fusions and rods. He then prescribed a nerve ablation which helped a lot. It lasted over a year and now I have another one scheduled. I have always found him to explain procedures and options very well and has always bee... read more

I recently was in need of a doctor to help alleviate the chronic intense pain in my back. My family doctor recommended Dr.Khalil. I checked reviews and noted that the majority of them were negative. But since my family doctor recommended him decided to do as she recommended, and I'm glad I did. I had X-rays and he spent plenty of time going over each point and explaining what my problems were. We then decided a course of action. First numbing the areas to see if I got relief, which I did. Then the next procedure was to do a ... read more

I've been suffering with back pain for over 30 years and was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr Khalil. He pointed me in the direction of the Intracept procedure and fought through many appeals to get me approved. Before the procedure I was sleeping in a recliner, avoid most activities, and suffering with pain from walking or sitting too long. I can now sleep in my bed and have reintroduced several exercises that were previously too painful. I am still limited, but the quality of life that he restored is immeasurable. No ... read more

I had M I L D surgery for my back pain. It was so easy! It was outpatient. The next day I went to the grocery & made dinner. I had no pain from the surgery. Unbelievable! Dr. Khalil is a wonderful doctor! He is pleasant & caring. I have referred several friends to him!

Discussed options for treating my problem. Started with simplest procedure which relieved some portions of my pain. Moved on to next option and so far I’ve received some relief from that procedure but have one step left to go to relieve the remaining pain. He seems well liked by his office and surgical staff. I think his office staff could improve on prompt scheduling calls for follow up visits. The wait time in the office has been minimal. Operation wait time has been delayed several times but I guess those things happen.

I was surprised when I found out my Pain Management Dr had retired, and Dr Khalil had been hired to replace him, so I made an appointment to meet him. I found him to be very cordial, with a bit of humor, and extremely informative. He had reviewed my many MRI’s, scans and X-rays prior to meeting me, so he was aware of my various conditions and what had been done to treat them in the past. He thought I was a good candidate for a new procedure called Intracept, gave me some materials to read about it and I decided I would go ah... read more

I read his reviews and was about to cancel. I’m glad I didn’t!! He was great! He explained everything in depth and had great bedside manner. I really liked him. He was very professional. Sometimes you have to go find things out on your own. I am looking forward to going back. I actually felt a sense of relief. The staff was also very pleasant. I honestly had no issues at all. Thank you Doctor. I looked forward to seeing you next month.
