What a caring genuinely concerned physician!! He took such excellent care of my husband! He's got a very complicated anatomy and Dr. Iqbal not only fit him in to a very tight schedule immediately, but treated him, and me, like rock stars!! He's the best!! Great outcome as well. What more can you ask for?
I would not recommend Dr. Iqbal. One of the most negative experiences I have had with a professional in ANY field. He was arrogant, was not at all familiar with my chart/medical records, seemed completely disinterested in helping, disregarded the recommendations of my primary care doctor, ignored any lab results that were contradictory to what he was saying and essentially did not help one bit. I'm incredibly frustrated at the lack of professionalism and condescending attitude he displayed.
I have called the office MANY times in the mornings and not reached anyone. When I was finally able to speak to someone to talk about my Tricare referral I spoke with Samantha who was extremely rude and needs to be trained on how to talk to patients. She wasn't able to answer my questions and just continuously sent me to her manager's voice mail who still hasn't called me back. Every time I call the manager, he is either gone or unavailable even during normal business hours. 0/10 will recommend
The office manager Ivone has the most distasteful attitude and is rude to patients for no reason. If you call the office and try to get a hold of Ivone directly regarding insurance questions or authorizations especially first thing in the morning or later in the afternoons she's always unavailable. Clearly patient care is not this woman's first or top priority and in an office of that size it should be.
