Threw my lower back out 2 days ago. Pain scale was a 9/10. I couldn’t even get in and out of bed. 2 short appointments later my pain is a 3 and I can manage my daily life again. If you have pain, a gentle adjustment from Dr. Randy is a great place to start. Highly recommend.
