I had a breast explant w/lift surgery by Dr. Barnett and was not satisfied with the results. Even after one revision (surgery with local) my nipples are extremely different in size and symmetry. I had two consults to have this corrected, and it will be much more than I paid for both implant and explant. On the positive side, his staff was very kind and supportive.
