Very poor service. I went for a eye exam and a new prescription. I had a irritation in left eye she literally ignored it and went on to the other patient. Now that thing has worsened. Will never recommend this money minded doctor.
I have been seeing Dr. Ghauri for about 5 years. She has been wonderful in helping me with my eye problems. I would recommend her to family and friends.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Ghauri for 3+ years so I’ve had at least 9 appointments with her. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to see her. Staff is also very kind and professional. Would highly recommend!
Very unethical practices at this doctors office. She charged in advance for services not yet given without explaining what it was all about. The office said they will call to set an appt but did not call for nearly two weeks. When I called, the office manager was very rude and unprofessional. When I said I would like a refund, she said I needed to find another doctor. I most definitely will find one and so should others.
It took almost two hours to finally meet with the doctor. The nurse was very nice though. Maybe she should replace the doctor.
Wasn't treated like just another patient. My wait to be placed in a room was under 10 minutes and was shortly approached by the nurse and began testing. Never left alone in a room for more than 10-15 minutes. Staff was very hospitable. Dr. was knowledgeable and able to relay with ease and where you have complete understanding. I would recommend to everyone.
Waited 45 minutes to get in a room. Had eyes dilated and was waiting for an hour to get back in the room. I think she must book too many customers at one time....
