I have been her patient for many years, and always am treated with respect. She always answers any questions I have. She has been treating my glaucoma for all of that time She has performed successful. cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Ghauri!
Dr. Ghauri is very thorough and helpful at letting me know things that can help overall eye health. She is caring, listens, and answers all your questions. I have seen several Ophthalmologist since my Lasik surgery that was done in 2000 and none of them told me that a lot of patients experience dry eyes after this surgery. She was the 1st Ophthalmologist that tested my eyes to see if they were dry. My husband and I both patients of hers. Highly recommend her!
I have been a patient of Dr. Ghauri for about 7 years. Today I called about an eye irritation and wanted to know what to do about it; I was told I had an appointment in Feb.2021 and I could see her then. She was fully booked for January. I explained that the eye weeps tears, is extremely sensitive to light and ifs painful, and has blurry vision in the eye. Had my third and final visit with her today! Scheduled for 3:00. Dr. Ghauri came in about 4:10. Checked eye pressure and added more frequent eye drops to my prescription. I had several questions regarding my glaucoma condition. She was not interested in explaining anything. She said I'll set up the video for you to watch again. I told her I wanted her to talk to me. She said my appointment did not allow that much time and walked out of the room saying my wife needs to be with me on the next visit. Terrible "bedside patient" ... read more
I have been a patient of Dr. Ghauri for many many years. I moved 50 miles away and still come into town to see her. She is the greatest.

Had developed an ulcer on my cornea due to an aggressive infection. Dr Ghauri knew exactly what to do and made room for me over the next 2 weeks for appointments to ensure it was getting better! Exceptional Doctor and staff when I needed it most!
The last 2 visits were both horrible experiences due to unprofessional, rude, disrespectful behavior that is not congruent with best ethical practices. The doctor and staff displayed impatience, lack of listening skills, lack of collaboration with the patient, and used disparaging words to describe the patient. I would not recommend this office to even an enemy.
I had been going for the past 9 years. No problems with the Doctor, problem getting my refund from them from having surgery. This is unacceptable and un professional. Got hounded for money, now I can't get mine.
