I have been coming here for at least 10years. They take the best care of you! Remember you, treat you like family. Even in an emergency they help guide you to the appropriate help. If for any reason they can’t assist you. but 9 out of 10 times always helpful!
Excellent office. Both providers are intelligent and listen to your needs. office manager is wonderful, she is very kind and personable. Neat and clean office. Highly recommend.
Came in for yearly physical and I’m impressed with all the staff at this office. Starting from the front desk receptionist and the back office. Plus the office is very clean and well organized. The provider Rachel was very sweet and welcoming. Her medical assistant Dani was awesome as well. I recommend this office you need a established PCP.
If I could give this office, zero stars, I would they are terrible!!!! The” Office manager” Is the worst every office manager they’ve had has been bad, but this new one is horribly rude and inconsiderate to the patients. Rachel is amazing. I love her but the other doctor he is horrible as well. He waits until 6 o’clock every time I visit to call in my medication even though my visits are usually right when they open in the morning so I have to wait till the next day to get my medication every single time, which is so unprofe... read more
Rachel Wheeler, PA is competent and personable. Ramu Rangineni, MD, is competent, with a less engaging demeanor than Rachel Wheeler. Dr. Rangineni appears to have adopted the American model of "sick care." In other words, the first option is prescribe medication in lieu of ascertaining any underlying symptoms, alternate treatment plans and discussing same with the patient.
