Spends more time entering data into his laptop than making eye contact. Interrupts and is somewhat condescending. I still have the same conditions I did when I walked in three years ago and they aren't managed well. He doesn't take time or have any interest in determining root causes and solving issues. I once received lab results in the mail with my results clearly showing in the envelope window for the world to see. Sees three members of my family, but can't remember we're related.
Dr. Kankanala is awesome. We lost 2 doctors to retirement and we were referred to Dr. Kankanala.. He understood my issues, medicine and spoke to me about other treatment options that I had not been given before. I asked many questions and he was able to give me answers.
Arrogant, avoids answering questions, doesn’t give patient options, hard to talk to. Patient doesn’t seem to have a say. Would not recommend
always in a hurry, does not know my medications and other history, maybe bad records.
