Just got my braces off from here and I have to say the last 2 years have been a 10/10 experience! from walking in being greeted with kindness at the front desk to being taken back by Mrs. Alena who did all my braces needs then to being seen my Dr. Trey. They truly have a welcoming space that feels like home and that leaves you walking out their doors with the most perfect smile. I would recommend them over and over again, they are FANTASTIC!! His explanations were exceptionally thorough, and he dedicated ample time to ensure clarity, never creating a sense of urgency. I wholeheartedly endorse his services.
I cannot say enough about Jackson Orthodontist. I’ve always wanted straight teeth, and they made it happen! They are quick,efficient, and very kind. I’d like to say, the receptionist is awesome! I’m in nursing school and my schedule is always changing and unfortunately Doctors appointments are the last thing on my list! Almost every time I had to reschedule and she would work with me without any hesitation! 100% recommend for all your orthodontist needs!
