Everyone in the office is friendly and very nice to me. If I knew someone that needed a cardiologist, I would recommend Dr. Shah. I had a heart PET scan and Cara that took care of me was very gracious and explained the process in a way that made me comfortable and relaxed. I appreciated her help very much.
I made three attempts to get an echocardiogram. Each time I waited 30 to 40 minutes to be seen. The last attempt entailed being seen for a leg vascular test. At that point I left the office without the test and will not be returning. Also, my 2015 test results from my last echo test was not obtained as I was told. Lost all trust in this establishment.
Cardiac tests follow up.
I have only met with Dr. SHAH one time so far. I was looking for a heart doctor as I had just moved to Manvel, Tx. I was well pleased with him. I will be making him my regular heart doctor.
Your office phone communication is terrible, to say the least. Your office staff can reach me easily on my phone and leave a message. But I cannot do the same, I never get to talk to a human and I leave messages and I never hear back. I am very disappointed my stress test on Dec 28 is canceled. I have reserved this spot three to four months ahead. I am a busy man myself and I don't know when I will find it convenient? Very happy. No waiting and was in and out in 10 minutes. Dr r shah was very considerate and explained thinks well.
Dr. Shah took time to consider & explain alternate causes for my pain. His thinking out of the box found a root cause that other doctors have not considered.
Dr. Rakesh Shah is wonderful, he takes the time to explain everything well and also listens to your concerns. I fully trust his opinion and I’m confident in the great team he’s built around him.
