As usual, Dr. Shah provided a detailed professional evaluation of my eco cardiogram and EKG. The data suggested that , although I exhibit no troubling symptoms, my abnormal slow heart rhythm justified a week's evaluation with a chest patch followed by a stress test. I was pleased and relieved not to have to wear a heart monitor with multiple electrodes and bulky wires. Apparently his practice makes an effort to keep up with the latest technology.
Very good visit with attention to my needs. Helpful with all my questions and medication needs as well. Have had issue with no response when using the patient portal with questions about some changes needed, like appointment change and needing questions answered. Sometimes receive calls from your office, listen to voice mail on my phone and return those calls and have to leave message too, sometimes not any return calls.
Very efficient.
Dr. Shaw is always attentive to his patients and walks through all aspects of your disease and treatment plan. I would, and have, recommended Dr. Shaw to both family and friends. I value his medical expertise and trust that he will do everything he can to ensure I have the best possible life now and in the future. I feel Dr. Shaw will do the same for my family and friends.
I have total confidence in Dr. Shah and his staff.
Greeted at the receptionist's desk with a smile, patience, and if need be, the receptionist would leave her desk and pursue getting answers to questions that patients would have. Greeted by all other personnel with a smile and a friendly hello. Everyone has a concern for your well-being.
