I found the staff to be wonderful. Now, the test I was told I was to have and what it turned out to be when I got there was a bit different ... not totally explained. All went well. They folks here are very pleasant to work with.
Comprehensive and efficient
Each visit to Bay Area Heart has been a high point for me. I always came away feeling a marked sense of improvement. Seems like every test you need is at their facility and if not, a great hospital is across the street. So the quality of your care as well as the knowledge and training of the staff is excellent because you're in a dedicated healthcare ecosystem that sets a gold standard for wellness. Dr. Shah's super team of health care professionals are the best. I've seen them work miracles. I'd say they're extraordinary.
Thorough review of test results and medications. Dr. Shah mentioned a trial medication to lower LDL cholesterol. Staff members explained symptoms and furnished me upon request the most current bloodwork.
Always friendly staff. Competent and caring Healthcare providers. Gives exceptional care.
Required by Dr Shah to come in for an EKG to release because of a colonoscopy. Yet I only see him once a year anyway. Didn't even see the Dr., yet I was charged my copay AND $110.00. It was unnecessary and a waste of my time and money. Also, I was not released by the Dr himself since he didn't see my EKG before I was released by the NP that did it. Never going back. It was just a money grab in my opinion.
As always my visit was above and beyond my expectations. My care at Bay Area Heart has been excellent by both Dr. Rakish Shah and staff. I have been a patient for over 10 years and am satisfied with my care.
I love his PA as she listened well and gave great insight to me as a patient. I felt cared for. Dr Shah is a wonderful caring Dr., i feel he doesnt take chances with your health.
DR SHAH IS VERY ATTTENTIVE, SPENDS TIME WITH ME AND ANSWERS MY QUESTIONS AT VISITS. HE HAS ALWAYS REVIEWED MY UPDATES & STRIVES TO MAKE MY LIFE BETTER. HE IS VERY EDUCATED IN HIS FIELD OF CARDIOLOGY.
