6-month recheck with Dr Verma. I felt rushed and not well informed of my condition and what to expect going forward. I've researched on WebMD but I would think my primary physician should tell me something about this neurological disorder.
Very thoughtful, and explained results immediately. Showed concern for myself and the need of life style change of habits. Ie smoking. Very good manner and spoke directly to myself and answered wife's questions.
I was here to see Dr Verma for a normal re-check for my c-pap. To see how I was doing with it, etc. He checks out the things he needs to in order to make sure I have the correct information to be able to sleep better.
This was the first time that I had seen this doctor. Although there was an emergency and I was in the room possibly longer than usual, the staff was good to check on me.
My family doctor suggested I see a neurologist and made an appointment with Dr. Verma. He gave me a very thorough exam and the staff set up blood tests, x-rays and MRI appointments for me. He gave me the results of all the tests and gave me the option of making an appointment with a neurosurgeon. Dr. Verma spent a lot of time with me and answered all of the questions my wife and I had.
Tested both hands for carpal tunnel with electric impulse.
I had a one o'clock appointment and they were very prompt and I felt Dr. Verma did a good job of testing for Carpal Tunnel and said I needed surgery on both hands.
It was a wonderful experience. You were very precise with your exam. Thank you so much.
