I went to another doctor for second opinion after that because my condition didn't improve, and found it was a simple lactose intolerance that I developed, which doesn't need 2k to fix!!! Thank God for Dr. Makam. I went to another doctor office that wasted my time, and I left her office in tears. But Dr. Makam is doing everything he can to resolve my issues. He listened to my concerns, gave me samples if medication, and ran test to rule out any other things that I may have had. Even though I got a hiatal hernia, I was very happy to know that someone finally found out what was going on with my health. Thank you so much Dr. Makam.
The moment I arrived starting with the receptionist, the check-in nurses, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Makan it was excellent Customer Service. I was uncomfortable the first time I've been there but everyone made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I will definitely tell my family and friends of the great care I was given.
Excellent physician with great bedside manners. Does not rush to get through the visit. Answers questions without hesitations no matter how stupid the question may seem He has a very efficient and pleasant office staff that is a rare find these days
