I am very disappointed with this group, I have been dealing with stomach issues for months. I do all the test they want, I get calls that everything is normal, and few days later another call with concerns of it not being normal, this has happened several times. I did test again a few days ago, one nurse said it was normal, and told me to stop drinking when i do NOT drink. I want to specify that this review is for the billing department and not the medical staff at bham gastro. I had a terrible experience with this practice. They did not file insurance after my initial appointment and sent me a bill for the full amount. I called and spoke with someone on the phone on two different occasions who assured me they would file insurance and send me a new bill. Don't use these people. Less than 25 days after my procedure, I received an bill from a debt collector. Birmingham Gastroenterology never sent me a bill to pay.

Dr Miller and team are excellent providers. Every thing with them and Brookwood went off flawlessly and on time. You can be confident in their abilities and aftercare.
